Ray White North Lakes is excited to present a Leasing Consultant opportunity for an experienced leasing professional.

As our Leasing Consultant you will provide first class service to our clients and be responsible for the leasing process from start to end.

Supporting our Property Management and New Business team, this role will allow you to utilise your communication, organisation and relationship management skills on a daily basis.

To be successful in this role, you will have:-

A current certificate of registration is essential
Valid Drivers License
Minimum 6 months experience in a similar leasing role or a PM assistant role
Excellent Customer Service skills & Time Management skills
Ability to prioritise tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be committed to providing an exceptional service to our clients
Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously
Ability to adapt current skills to our policies & procedures
Positive attitude
Willingness to participate in ongoing training
Professional presentation
Available to work Monday to Saturday

The Role:

As a Leasing Consultant your duties will consist of, but are not limited to:

Handling leasing enquiries
Market analysis and campaign reports
Prepare marketing material
Scheduling and conducting open homes & private viewings
Owner feedback on the campaign and following viewings & applications
Processing and presenting applications, including reference checking
All other associated administration activities
