Commercial Property or Wills & Estates Lawyer | 5+ years PAE | Brisbane CBD | Supportive firm and leadershipThe Firm & The Role We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property or Wills & Estates Lawyer to join an established, supportive firm in its Brisbane office.
For Commercial Property lawyers, you will work across a broad range of matters such as leasing disputes, boundary disputes, commercial contracts and transactions such as the buying and selling of businesses.
For those with a Wills & Estates background, you will take the lead on incoming enquiries and matters, with the opportunity to develop and grow this practice area in line with client demand.
About You
You are an experienced lawyer who brings a strong technical foundation and the confidence to manage your own matters with autonomy. You are commercially minded, organised and take pride in delivering practical, client-focused advice.
You will bring:
- Solid experience in either commercial property or wills & estates (or both)
- The ability to manage files independently and prioritise competing demands
- Strong drafting and problem-solving skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to contribute to a positive team culture
- If a Wills & Estates practitioner, interest in building and growing the practice area.
