Store Manager

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the store while driving sales performance, team engagement, and exceptional customer service.

Reporting directly to the Regional Management team some of your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily store operations and overall store performance
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting paid staff and volunteers
• Managing rosters and ensuring appropriate staffing levels
• Delivering strong customer service and community engagement
• Maintaining visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Monitoring sales performance and achieving budget targets
• Supporting stock management and operational administration
• Creating a positive and inclusive team culture

The successful candidate will have

• Previous experience in retail management or store leadership
• Strong leadership and team development capability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Passion for supporting community-focused initiatives
• Experience within the charitable retail sector (highly regarded)
