Employment Type: Permanent FULL-TIME

Roster: Ideally Tuesday-Sat roster with a mix of open and closes however, we are open to discussing what might work best for you at interview stage.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for uplifting your team, fostering a culture where teamwork and collaboration thrive, and being the face of the Baby Bunting brand. You’re an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is driven by results. You know how to motivate and develop a team while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Proven leadership experience in retail or similar roles

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on team collaboration
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive store results
