Our footwear is synonymous with craftsmanship, comfort and timeless style. As we expand, we’re looking for an experienced, motivated and customer-focused Store Manager to lead the way.

About the Role:

• Lead the team to achieve Sales, Service and Operational goals, Visual Merchandising standards, Wage control.

• Oversee daily operations, including team leadership, stock control, store presentation, and promotional execution.

• Manage wages to support store profitability and customer service standards.

• Analyse store performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities and implement improvement strategies.

• Coach, train and inspire a high-performing team.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge.

• Oversee stock selection, merchandising and store presentation.

• Collaborate with head office to ensure smooth operations

About You:

• At least 3 years experience as a Store Manager (footwear or apparel preferred)

• Passion for customer service and drive to create memorable experience

• An eye for detail and a love of visual merchandising

• Sales-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and conversion rates

• Confident leader with ability to build, train and inspire a high-performing team of 3 - 6 retail staff members

• Organised, proactive and hands-on approach

• Able to work flexible hours including weekends, late nights and public holidays with rotating roster system

• Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia and be willing to undergo pre-employment checks
