About your skills and experience

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate or have the following:

  • Previous experience in account management or sales either face to face or internal sales. You may have been on the road rep and want a change or been in real estate and want your weekends back.  
  • Excellent communication negotiation skills
  • Customer centric mindset
  • Ability to build rapport with business clients and maintain an ongoing relationship 
  • Strong business acumen (advantageous)
  • Must be self-driven/motivated, punctual, honest, and reliable
  • Extremely energetic with impeccable time management skills

Business Assessment Executive / Lead Qualifier - Internal Sales

Your new role as a Business Assessment Executive / Lead Qualifier with this International Airline is an exciting entry sales career opportunity to the company and has career advancement opportunities into the Account Management team. If you are an individual who has a burning desire to succeed and have a strong level of motivation, a great work ethic and an enthusiastic personality, we want to hear from you. Hiring based on attributes and can assist you in obtaining the necessary skills to be a top performer. You may be a real estate associate and want a change and have your weekends back. You may have had strong retail sales background and would love to have the 8.30 am - 4.30 pm Monday to Friday. If you’re in an existing internal sales role or an existing Sales Lead Qualifier this may be the change you have been looking for. Excellent base salary and $10k to $30k in bonus and leave loading. 

As a Business Assessment Executive/ Lead Qualifier with this International airline, this role will see you qualify new business and existing multi-channel account opportunities and profile business needs and allocate to the appropriate sales channel for businesses with an international express freight requirement to provide clients with a comprehensive whole of business solution, ongoing servicing, and dedicated account management.   

This is an excellent role that offers a competitive package with an uncapped commission structure and career advancement into Account Management, plus bonuses and incentives. Great place to work, friendly environment, and conveniently based in the heart of Brisbane. 8.30 am - 4.30 pm Monday to Friday.
