The Role:

Oversee and manage a residential portfolio end-to-end, ensuring compliance and exceptional service delivery
Lead, mentor and support a team of Property Managers and Assistants
Monitor arrears, KPIs and portfolio performance
Manage complex escalations, maintenance disputes and tribunal matters
Implement systems and processes to ensure efficient portfolio management
Drive new business growth and build strong client relationships

The Successful Candidate:

Minimum 3 years' Property Management experience
Current Certificate of Registration
Valid driver's licence
Confident working autonomously and leading others
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others
