Job Title: Concrete Finishers – Immediate Start

Location: South East QLD, Gold Coast – MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AWAY FROM HOME

Rate: Competitive hourly rates + penalties and allowances

Job Type: Full-time, Ongoing work

Due to strong project growth, PCA Ground Engineering are seeking experienced and reliable Concrete Finishers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a leading civil construction and ground engineering company working on exciting infrastructure and major projects across the East Coast of Australia.

About the role:

• Placing, screeding, finishing, and curing concrete to high standards

• Reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans

• Assisting with formwork, steel fixing, and pours as required

• Operating hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment safely

• Working collaboratively as part of a site crew to meet deadlines and quality requirements

 

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher in civil or commercial projects

• Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and processes

• White Card (Construction Induction)

• Working at Heights

• Ability to work away from home (travel and accommodation provided)

• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to safety

• Current driver’s licence and own transport

 

Desirable tickets (not essential)

• High Risk Work Licence (EWP, Forklift, etc.)

• Operating tickets (HC, Telehandler, Skid Steer, Excavator)
