About the Role:

We are seeking applications for the position of Facilities Manager for our global headquarters and manufacturing campus in Murarrie, Brisbane. You’ll be part of a supportive team, backed by your Leader to grow and achieve your own personal goals in the team. This role is a full time position Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Engineering Director your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

· Mentor Electrical Apprentices and run the NOJA Power Electrical Apprentice training program

· Manage works to building, office areas, and production line electrical and data systems

· Manage facility contractors including HVAC, cleaners, fire systems and gardens (3 buildings)

· Manage improvements and additions to NOJA Power facilities

· Provide Qualified Technical Person services consistent with NOJA Power’s electrical contractor license obligations

· Run maintenance program for production line infrastructure and equipment

· Manage support staff to achieve objectives

What You’ll bring:

· Electrical Trade qualification, with minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.

· Experience in managing external Contractors

· Experience in managing Electrical Apprentices

· Experience in an industrial environment

· Teamwork skills

· Communication skills
