About the role

Are you an experienced Patio Supervisor looking to join a growing and dynamic company? Just Patios', a leading provider of quality outdoor living solutions, is seeking a full-time Patio Supervisor to join their team in Caboolture, QLD. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of high-quality patios, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating a team of patio installers to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
Site visits for check measuring new projects and insuring compliant with engineering.
You must hold a valid driver's licence to conduct site visits and travel between project locations.
Preparing orders and scheduling for build.
Monitoring work progress and quality, addressing any issues that arise and implementing corrective actions as necessary
Communicating with customer directly in relation to any concerns or issues.
Communicating with builders daily.

What we're looking for

Minimum 4 years' experience as a Patio Supervisor or in a similar role within the building trades industry
Strong knowledge of patio construction, including design, materials, and installation techniques
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find practical solutions
Proven experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve high-quality results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and staff
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively
Hold a QBCC license relative to the patio industry
