Yoon&Co. is seeking an experienced and talented Senior Barber to join our dynamic team at our Robina, QLD location. As a Senior Barber, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional barbering services to our valued clients in a fast-paced, yet friendly environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing high-quality haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services to clients

2. Maintaining a clean and organised workstation to ensure a professional appearance

3. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction

4. Advising clients on the best hairstyles and products to suit their needs

5. Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment

6. Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in barbering

What we're looking for

1. At least 3 years of experience as a professional barber, with a strong understanding of hair cutting, shaving, and grooming techniques

2. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised experience for each client

3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team

5. Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to professional development

6. Relevant qualifications in barbering or hairdressing are highly desirable

7. Formal barbering qualifications are mandatory for this position
