As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the dealership. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive first impression while providing administrative support to the wider team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answering and directing phone calls and enquiries
Managing reception and customer waiting areas
Supporting administration tasks across sales and service
Assisting with bookings, paperwork, and general office duties
You are personable, organised, and enjoy working with people. You take pride in being reliable and well-presented, and you thrive in a busy environment.
Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
Strong communication and organisational skills
A positive, can-do attitude
Confidence using computers and office systems
A professional presentation and attention to detail
Automotive experience is helpful but not essential. We value the right attitude above all.
