About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid media function and take ownership of campaign performance across our client base. This is a hands-on role — you'll be building and optimising campaigns yourself day-to-day — but with the opportunity to grow a team beneath you as the business scales.
You'll work closely with our Head of Sales & Marketing and collaborate with a Digital Marketing Coordinator, providing guidance and direction to support their development while owning the quality and results of your team's output.
What You'll Do
Own the strategy, setup, management and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and emerging platforms
Build and manage campaigns hands-on, maintaining a high standard of execution across the portfolio
Mentor and support the Digital Marketing Coordinator, reviewing their work and helping them grow
Lead campaign reporting and performance analysis, translating data into clear client-facing insights
Identify and implement improvements to campaign efficiency, processes and tooling
Contribute to new client onboarding and campaign strategy development
Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends and best practices
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with broader client marketing goals
What We're Looking For
Essential
3–5+ years' experience in digital marketing, with strong hands-on paid media experience (Google Ads and Meta)
Proven ability to manage campaigns across multiple clients or accounts simultaneously
Solid understanding of performance metrics and how to drive meaningful outcomes
Experience providing direction or informal mentorship to junior team members
Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills
Comfortable working autonomously and owning results end-to-end
Desirable
Experience in an agency or technology environment
Google Ads and/or Meta certifications
Genuine interest in the automotive industry or tech-driven marketing solutions
Exposure to building or scaling a small team
