We're Central Queensland's proud Harley-Davidson dealer, known for our engine building, precision tuning, and a customer experience that keeps riders coming back. We're looking for someone to join our Parts Department—and our Harley family.

The Role

You'll be the go-to person for riders hunting down the right part, the perfect accessory, or that upgrade they've been dreaming about. Whether it's over the phone, by email, or across the counter, you'll help customers get what they need and keep our parts operation running smoothly.

Day-to-day, you'll be:

• Helping customers find parts and accessories—in person, over the phone, and via email

• Managing stock levels, daily orders, and inventory

• Coordinating with our Service Manager to ensure techs have what they need, when they need it

• Supporting retail sales on the floor as needed

• Delivering the kind of service that turns first-time buyers into lifelong customers

What You'll Bring

• A great attitude and solid work ethic—non-negotiable

• Retail sales experience

• Computer literacy (you'll be in our systems daily)

• A genuine passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and motorcycle culture

• Basic mechanical knowledge, or a real eagerness to learn

Nice to have:

• Prior parts interpreting experience (motorcycle or automotive)

• Current motorcycle licence
