Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunity

We're looking for a Studio Receptionist & Assistant to become an important part of our team—someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, takes pride in creating exceptional experiences, and loves being part of a creative environment.

This role is ideal for someone with previous salon, beauty, or customer service experience who is looking for a rewarding position in a beautiful, professional studio.

It may also be the perfect opportunity for a former hairdresser or apprentice who still loves the industry but is looking for a role away from the physical demands of working behind the chair.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the first and last point of contact for our clients, you'll help create the experience that Colour Studio is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and caring for clients throughout their visit
• Managing appointments, bookings, and client enquiries
• Answering phone calls and responding to messages
• Processing payments and retail purchases
• Assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the studio
• Supporting our stylists and team throughout the day
• Maintaining the presentation and organisation of the studio
• Assisting with refreshments and general studio support
• Helping create a positive and professional environment for both clients and team members

ABOUT YOU

You are someone who:

• Is warm, friendly, and professional
• Loves delivering exceptional customer service
• Is organised and reliable
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Can remain calm and efficient in a busy environment
• Takes initiative and enjoys helping wherever needed
• Has strong communication and people skills

Previous experience in a hair, beauty, or customer service environment is preferred but not essential.
