Guide customers through the end-to-end vehicle purchasing journey
Build strong relationships and deliver a premium guest experience
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Work collaboratively with a high-performing sales team
Stay up to date with Kia products, promotions and market trends

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Current QLD Motor Salesperson Licence (essential)
Proven experience in automotive sales (new or used vehicles)
Strong sales drive with a results-oriented mindset
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently close sales
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A team-first attitude with a proactive, “can-do” approach
