About the role
We are looking for a reliable and hard-working HR Water Truck Driver who is comfortable getting off the truck and getting stuck in. This is a dual role — you will be driving and labouring on an active civil construction site at Northpine Dam on Brisbane's northside.
You will be part of a small, tight-knit crew, so a positive attitude and willingness to support your teammates is just as important as your licence and experience.

Key duties
  • Operating HR water truck for dust suppression and site water management
  • Setting up and installing temporary fencing and site establishment works
  • Spotting and assisting machines during trenching operations
  • Shovel work and general site labouring as required
  • Following site safety procedures and SWMS at all times
What you will need
  • Current HR (Heavy Rigid) licence — mandatory
  • Construction White Card (General Induction)
  • Willingness to labour — this is a dual role, not drive-only
  • Experience or confidence spotting excavators and trenching machines
  • Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor, hands-on work
  • Reliable transport to site (Northpine Dam, north Brisbane)
Desirable (not essential)
  • Previous water cart or civil construction experience
  • Fence installation or temporary works experience
  • Spotters ticket or traffic management experience
What is on offer
  • $52.00 per hour flat rate — no penalty confusion
  • Travel allowance on top of your hourly rate
  • Ongoing work on an active dam site project
  • Northside Brisbane location
How to apply Send your resume along with a copy of your HR licence and White Card to Mic••••@nextlevelcs.com.au. Local north Brisbane candidates preferred.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
