We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Workshop Supervisor with a strong mechanical background to support our Workshop Supervisor and lead a motivated crew toward excellence in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire your team to meet production and quality targets.

• Plan and allocate work across product groups, ensuring deadlines and standards are met.

• Support workshop operations — from managing tooling, daily timesheets, maintenance to checking job packs and dispatch readiness.

• Manage maintenance plans, and action all tooling requirements of the team as required

• Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in every process.

• Be the go-to technical leader for problem-solving and team development.

What You’ll Bring

• Qualified Mechanical Fitter (Trade Certificate required).

• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or processing environment.

• Strong technical knowledge — crushers, pumps, screens, cyclones, or similar.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• A proactive, team-focused attitude and a commitment to safety and quality.

• Current driver’s licence; additional tickets (Rigging, Forklift, Confined Space) are a plus.
