Full-time role | 7:30am–3:30pm Mon–Thurs | 7:00am–3:00pm Fri
Fully maintained company vehicle
All tools, equipment & uniforms supplied
Ongoing training including 1x IICRC accredited course per year
Very rewarding on-call allowance structure

No two days are the same! You could be managing:
A burst pipe claim across multiple properties
Fire damage restoration projects
Large-scale mould remediation works
Complex losses across South East QLD
We specialise in emergency and restoration services, responding when people need us most. You’ll be overseeing jobs that truly matter—helping clients through challenging situations and ensuring high-quality outcomes from start to finish.
You’ll lead technicians and coordinate with internal teams, clients, insurers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
End-to-end project management of restoration jobs
Coordinate technicians, equipment, and schedules
Scope works, prepare reports, and manage job progress
Liaise with clients, insurers, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company standards, KPIs, and safety requirements
Oversee works including:
Mould remediation
Fire damage cleaning
Water damage restoration
Drug lab decontamination
Complex losses
Review and approve onsite reporting via mobile platforms
Deliver high-quality service with empathy and professionalism
Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance building (highly regarded)
Previous experience in a supervisory or project management role
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Current Driver’s Licence
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Confidence using mobile tech and reporting systems
Participate in a rotating on-call roster (with strong financial incentives)
Obtain or hold:
White Card
IICRC Certification (can be completed while working)
Pass drug and alcohol testing as required
Be based in or willing to work across Brisbane
Have Australian working rights
