Rolltec Doors are looking for a new Service Coordinator to join our team. We are located in Clontarf where we also manufacture commercial roller shutters inhouse.

Description

• Scheduling and managing day‑to‑day jobs through our management program

• Creating and maintaining maintenance schedules for commercial clients

• Bringing new customers onboard with service contracts (major focus)

• Preparing and sending quotes

• Coordinating service crews

• Keeping customers updated throughout the job lifecycle

• Liaising with internal departments to respond to customer enquiries

• Working autonomously with minimal guidance

• Phone and laptop provided

• A friendly and supportive work environment

Skills & Experience

• Construction & Door Experience is a must

• Experience with job management software

• Strong organisational and scheduling skills

• Excellent customer service and communication

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Confidence in quoting and coordinating trades

• Ideal for someone with a trade background moving off the tools
