One Stop Joinery, located in Bells Creek on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Cabinet Making Supervisor to lead our busy production team. If you have a passion for cabinet making and a knack for managing and motivating teams, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of our cabinet assembly department, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.

• Interpret working plans and specifications, providing guidance to the team to ensure precise execution.

• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting multi-skilling and teamwork.

• Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring that every piece of work leaving our facility meets our exacting standards.

• Implement and enforce company process controls, ensuring consistency and efficiency in all operations.

• Motivate and inspire team members to excel, promoting a positive work culture and a strong work ethic.

• Monitor and manage the performance of individual team members, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities as needed.

• Liaise with other departments and senior management to ensure smooth coordination of projects and resources.

• Take responsibility for workplace safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and promoting a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Three or more years of experience in a supervisory role.

• Strong ability to interpret working plans and specifications, with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

• Self-motivated with a dedication to producing high-quality work and meeting deadlines.

• Familiarity with company process controls and the ability to enforce them.

• Commitment to workplace safety and knowledge of relevant regulations.

• Trade qualification in Cabinet Making.
